We tour your home together and review everything from key systems and maintenance history to your home goals and vendor preferences. We gain a deep understanding of your home that enables us keep your home running smoothly and make your dream home a reality. Reviews typically take 2-3 hours depending on the size of your home.

Your Home Dashboard

After the home review, we develop a custom home dashboard that includes key home information, a customized maintenance program, and a project plan to help you prepare for the future. Through your home dashboard, you can easily update your to-do list, ask us questions, request service, and more.

  • The ALLDONE HOME Membership is a flexible, annual plan built around your home and what you need help with. Every membership starts with our Foundation plan, which includes an annual Home Review, a custom Home Dashboard, a dedicated handyman, and priority scheduling. From there, you choose a visit schedule that fits your lifestyle (Seasonal, Quarterly, or Monthly) and can add optional services like Home Concierge or Vendor Management.   • The Home Review is where we get to know your home. We walk through it together and discuss key systems, maintenance history, your goals, and vendor preferences. We take notes and photos along the way, and use everything we learn to build your personalized Home Dashboard and maintenance plan. Reviews typically take 2–3 hours depending on the size of your home. 

    Please note the home review is not a full home inspection. Think of it like an annual physical for your house — we review the essentials, flag potential concerns early, and help you stay ahead of issues before they become expensive ones.

  • After your Home Review, we create a custom Home Dashboard that serves as a single source of truth for your home. It includes key home details, a personalized maintenance plan, completed and upcoming projects, items to keep on your radar, and more. 

    Your dashboard is accessible through a private link on any device and is updated throughout the year as work is completed. No more searching for paint colors, model numbers, or maintenance records — everything lives in one place. 

    With your approval, the dashboard can also be shared with trusted vendors so they can better understand your home and provide faster, more accurate service.

  • The Home Concierge add-on gives you virtual access to our team for home questions, vendor research, project planning, and more. Simply call, text, or email your question and we'll respond within 24 hours via text, email, or video call. Members who add this service can submit up to three questions or requests per month. Requests do not roll over month to month.

  • We coordinate and manage all your regular home services throughout the year (up to 10 vendors) so you don't have to. Share your current vendors, past contracts, and any relevant details, and we handle everything from there: scheduling, follow-up, and keeping your Home Dashboard updated. Examples include HVAC tune-ups, pest control, landscaping, house cleaning, driveway sealing, pool maintenance, holiday lights, and more. One contact, everything handled.

  • The New Homeowner Package is a one-time add-on designed to help you get settled and feel confident in your new home. It includes a dedicated full-day handyman visit to tackle your move-in to-do list, plus a New Homeowner 101 walkthrough where we tour the home with you and explain how to care for it the right way. We can help with things like changing locks, touching up paint, hanging pictures, and building furniture — plus answer all the questions that come with a new home.

  • During seasonal, quarterly, and monthly scheduled visits, your dedicated handyman handles important preventive maintenance tasks based on the season and your home's needs. This typically includes changing filters, inspecting smoke and CO detectors, cleaning the dryer vent, vacuuming refrigerator coils, lubricating garage doors, and replacing light bulbs as needed.

  • Yes, you can cancel or change your membership at any time. You'll be responsible for any services used up to the date of cancellation.
