• Photos or descriptions of home projects submitted through our service request forms

• Home characteristics discussed or documented during the Home Review, including home age, square footage, key systems, maintenance history, appliance details, paint colors, and similar information used to build your Home Dashboard

Home Dashboard Data

As part of the ALLDONE HOME Membership, we create and maintain a personalized Home Dashboard for each member. Your dashboard is built in Notion and shared with you through our Notion workspace. Related documents and photos are stored in Google Drive. Dashboard content includes home documentation such as key system details, maintenance history, appliance model numbers, paint colors, project records, and similar non-sensitive home information. Accessing your dashboard requires a Notion account; by accepting access, you are also subject to Notion's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

The following applies to your Home Dashboard data:

• Related documents and photos are stored in Google Drive and shared with you directly using the email address you provide at enrollment.

• ALLDONE HOME staff involved in your membership services may access your dashboard to update records and provide services.

• If you wish to share your dashboard with a trusted vendor or family member, contact us and we will invite them via the email address you designate. You are responsible for any access you authorize.

• Your Home Dashboard data is your information. You may export, modify, or request deletion of your data at any time.

• We do not store sensitive personal information in your Home Dashboard, including passwords, alarm codes, security credentials, financial account numbers, or insurance policy details.

Project Photos

ALLDONE HOME may photograph your home or specific project areas for service documentation and Home Dashboard purposes. The following applies to project photos:

• Photos taken during the Home Review or service visits are stored securely in Google Drive and are accessible only to ALLDONE HOME staff and approved third-party vendors involved in your project.

• Project photos will not be used for marketing, advertising, social media, or any other public-facing purpose without your prior written consent.

• Any consent for public use will be requested separately and will not be a condition of receiving services.

• If photos are used with your consent, we will not include any personally identifying information such as your name, address, or other details that would identify you or your property.

Automatically Collected Information

When you visit our Website, certain information is collected automatically, including:

• Internet Protocol (IP) address

• Pages visited and time spent on the site
