Terms of Service
Effective Date: April 1, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website www.alldonehome.com (the “Website”) and the services provided by ALLDONE HOME LLC (“ALLDONE HOME,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing the Website, requesting services, approving an estimate, scheduling work, or otherwise interacting with ALLDONE HOME (through any channel, including in person, by phone, or by email) you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Website or our services.
To help ensure mutual understanding, ALLDONE HOME may ask you to sign or acknowledge these Terms at the time an estimate or service agreement is presented to you. Your signature, written acknowledgment, or continued engagement with our services following such presentation will constitute acceptance of these Terms.
Our Services
ALLDONE HOME provides home maintenance, handyman repairs, home reviews, and membership-based home management services.
Services may be performed by ALLDONE HOME employees, contractors, or independent third-party vendors. Submitting a service request does not guarantee availability, and ALLDONE HOME reserves the right to decline service requests at its discretion.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, ALLDONE HOME does not provide licensed electrical, plumbing, structural engineering, or building inspection services. Customers remain responsible for obtaining services from appropriately licensed professionals when required by law.
Home reviews, maintenance plans, and recommendations provided by ALLDONE HOME are based on observations available at the time of review. These are intended as general guidance and do not guarantee the future condition of a home or property. Customers remain responsible for obtaining specialized inspections or evaluations from licensed professionals where appropriate.
ALLDONE HOME Membership
ALLDONE HOME Membership is an annual program that includes a combination of core services and optional add-ons, customized to your home and needs. The specific plan options, features, visit schedules, and optional services available are described in detail on the ALLDONE HOME membership page (alldonehome.com/membership) and in your enrollment agreement, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Regardless of plan specifics, the following structural terms apply to all memberships.
Billing and Fees
Membership fees are specified at the time of enrollment. By enrolling, you authorize ALLDONE HOME to charge the applicable membership fee on the billing schedule selected at enrollment.
Membership fees are billed either upfront (annually) or quarterly, as selected at enrollment. If you choose quarterly billing, you are committing to the full annual term and authorizing four quarterly charges.
ALLDONE HOME reserves the right to modify membership pricing or program terms with at least thirty (30) days written notice to active members. Continued membership following the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Auto-Renewal
Unless cancelled prior to the renewal date, memberships will automatically renew at the end of each annual billing period at the then-current membership rate. You will receive a reminder notice prior to renewal. To avoid being charged for the next period, you must cancel before the renewal date using the cancellation process described below.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us in writing at alldonehome.com/contact. Upon cancellation:
If cancellation occurs before the initial Home Review is completed, you will receive a full refund of any membership fees paid.
If cancellation occurs after the initial Home Review has been completed, you are responsible for the fees attributable to the services and visits used through the date of cancellation. Any prepaid amount for unused services will be refunded on a pro-rated basis.
One-time add-ons (such as the New Homeowner Package) are non-refundable once the service has been completed.
Membership Termination by ALLDONE HOME
ALLDONE HOME reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership at its discretion, including for non-payment, misuse of services, or violation of these Terms. In the event of termination by ALLDONE HOME without cause, a pro-rated refund of prepaid membership fees will be issued for the unused portion of the current annual term.
Unused Services
Unused services or credits within a membership period do not roll over to the next billing period unless otherwise specified in your enrollment agreement.
Home Dashboard
As a membership benefit, ALLDONE HOME will create a personalized Home Dashboard for you. The following terms apply:
You may access, export, or request deletion of your Home Dashboard data at any time.
ALLDONE HOME will invite you to access your Home Dashboard via Notion using the email address you provide at enrollment. Accessing your dashboard requires a Notion account. Related documents and photos are stored in Google Drive and shared with you directly. If you wish to update the email address associated with your access, please contact us.
Upon cancellation or termination of your membership, ALLDONE HOME will retain your Home Dashboard for up to 12 months, during which you may request a copy or deletion. After that period, it may be deleted or anonymized.
Referral Program
ALLDONE HOME offers a referral credit of $50 per referred customer who books a service or becomes a member. Credits are applied to your next invoice and have no cash value. Credits do not expire during an active membership but are forfeited upon cancellation. ALLDONE HOME reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time with reasonable notice.
Estimates, Fees, and Illinois Compliance
Estimates
Estimates are based on information available at the time they are prepared. Actual costs may vary due to:
Hidden or pre-existing conditions within the home
Additional labor or materials required
Changes requested by the Customer
Homes may contain hidden conditions not reasonably discoverable prior to beginning work, such as concealed plumbing or wiring, water damage, structural issues, or prior improper repairs. If such conditions are discovered, work may be paused until the Customer approves additional repairs or a revised scope of work.
Materials Sourcing
Customers may purchase materials themselves (with our guidance) or have ALLDONE HOME source them on their behalf. If ALLDONE HOME handles sourcing, we will review all options and pricing with you before any purchase is made. We charge a transparent flat fee to cover the time involved in sourcing and purchasing, which will be included in your estimate.
Change Requests
Additional work requested by the Customer that falls outside the original scope of the estimate may require a revised estimate and additional charges.
Illinois Home Repair & Remodeling Act
For projects reasonably expected to exceed $1,000, ALLDONE HOME will provide the state-mandated “Home Repair: Know Your Rights” pamphlet and a written contract as required by Illinois law.
Permits
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Customers are responsible for identifying and obtaining any required municipal permits, and for ensuring compliance with applicable HOA rules and local regulations. If ALLDONE HOME agrees in writing to obtain permits on the Customer’s behalf, any associated permit fees will be included in or added to the estimate.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Any service appointment canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a $75 fee. This fee also applies if our technician cannot gain access to the property at the scheduled appointment time. This fee will be charged to the payment method on file or included on the Customer’s next invoice.
Limited Labor Warranty
We stand by our work. Unless otherwise noted in your estimate, ALLDONE HOME provides a one-year (1) limited warranty on labor performed directly by our team. If an issue arises within one year of completion that is directly related to our workmanship, we will repair or re-perform the work at no additional labor cost. This warranty is personal to the original Customer and is non-transferable. It does not transfer to subsequent owners of the property.
This warranty applies to labor only and does not cover:
Customer-supplied materials
Manufacturer defects
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse or neglect
Issues arising from pre-existing structural conditions
Work performed by independent vendors coordinated by ALLDONE HOME is subject to that vendor’s own warranties. This warranty is limited to correcting defects in workmanship and does not include incidental or consequential damages.
Customer-Supplied Materials and Third-Party Vendors
Customer-Supplied Materials
Customers may choose to supply materials, fixtures, or equipment for installation. ALLDONE HOME does not guarantee the compatibility or performance of customer-supplied materials and is not responsible for manufacturer defects or product failures. Any manufacturer warranties must be handled directly with the manufacturer or supplier.
Third-Party Vendors
ALLDONE HOME may recommend or coordinate services performed by independent third-party vendors or contractors. These vendors operate as independent businesses and are not employees or agents of ALLDONE HOME. When a third-party vendor performs work:
The Customer is entering a direct service relationship with that vendor, not with ALLDONE HOME.
ALLDONE HOME is not responsible for vendor performance, workmanship, warranties, or pricing.
Customers remain responsible for reviewing and approving any agreements with third-party vendors.
ALLDONE HOME requires that third-party vendors coordinated through us maintain their own general liability insurance.
ALLDONE HOME’s coordination of a third-party vendor does not create liability on the part of ALLDONE HOME for that vendor’s acts or omissions.
Property Access and Safety
Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the property where services will be performed. Customers are responsible for securing pets, clearing work areas, ensuring access to utilities when required, and disclosing known hazards or unsafe conditions.
ALLDONE HOME reserves the right to pause or decline work if worksite conditions are unsafe. If work cannot proceed due to unsafe conditions or inability to access the property, the appointment may be canceled and applicable service fees may apply.
Insurance and Liability
ALLDONE HOME maintains General Liability insurance appropriate for residential services. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALLDONE HOME shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to services provided. Our total liability for any claim arising from services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Payments
Payment terms are as follows, unless otherwise specified in your estimate:
For jobs under $500: Payment is due in full upon completion of services.
For jobs $500 and above: A deposit of 50% is due prior to commencement of work. The remaining balance is due upon completion of services.
Membership fees are billed upfront or quarterly as selected at enrollment.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Square or other invoicing platforms. Customers agree to pay invoices according to the terms specified.
Invoices unpaid after thirty (30) days from the invoice date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month (18% annually) on the outstanding balance, where permitted by law. Late payments may also result in service suspension or referral to collection. Customers are responsible for reasonable costs incurred in collecting unpaid balances, including reasonable attorneys’ fees.
Customers must notify ALLDONE HOME of any billing disputes within 30 days of the invoice date at alldonehome.com/contact.
Indemnification
Customers agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ALLDONE HOME and its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
Customer-supplied materials
Undisclosed hazards or unsafe conditions at the property
Customer instructions that modify recommended work
Failure to obtain required permits or to comply with applicable HOA rules or local regulations
Violation of applicable laws or property regulations
Misuse of services provided

ALLDONE HOME reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the Website for violations of these rules.
Informational Content
Content provided through the Website and related channels (including home maintenance tips, repair guidance, project ideas, and educational materials) is for general informational purposes only. It reflects general guidance based on common home maintenance practices and does not constitute professional engineering, structural, electrical, plumbing, or building code advice.

Dispute Resolution
Negotiation
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or services provided by ALLDONE HOME shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. Either party may initiate this process by providing written notice describing the dispute.
Mediation
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may request non-binding mediation before a mutually agreed-upon mediator. The costs of mediation shall be shared equally between the parties.
Arbitration
If the dispute remains unresolved following mediation, disputes involving claims exceeding $5,000 shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its consumer arbitration rules. Arbitration will take place in Illinois, unless otherwise mutually agreed. For disputes involving amounts of $5,000 or less, either party may elect to pursue their claim in small claims court in lieu of arbitration.
Waiver of Jury Trial and Class Actions
By agreeing to arbitration, both parties waive the right to a trial by jury and agree that disputes subject to arbitration will be resolved only on an individual basis, not as part of a class or collective action.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
Changes to These Terms
ALLDONE HOME may update these Terms periodically. For general updates, the revised version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Website or services after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
When changes are material in nature, ALLDONE HOME will provide direct notice to active customers via email at least thirty (30) days before the changes take effect. Continued use of services or membership following the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
